MISSION STATEMENT / WHY WE EXIST 

Our objective at First Baptist Church is to bring hope and healing to sinners and saints through the Gospel of Jesus Christ in our Jerusalem, our Judea, our Samaria and to every part of the world.  We will carry out our mission by Celebrating God’s Word (Worship), Communicating God’s Word (Evangelism), Congregating with God’s Children (Fellowship), Educating God’s People (Discipleship) and Demonstrating God’s Love (Christian).

We also practice “Five Core Values” that will help build Christian Community.  They are:  We Worship the Risen Christ, we hear the Word and practice it, we Work for the Kingdom of God, we Watch over one another in Christian Love and we Win souls for Kingdom of God.
